Each training solution is developed individually, adapting to the needs of a specific company – each program is unique.
Our trainers are experienced practitioners who combine knowledge in training management with real-world experience in sales, customer service and business. Training is developed as a team and is often led by two trainers simultaneously, ensuring an effective and interactive learning environment.
To ensure high-quality training content, our team regularly improves its knowledge by attending professional training courses in Latvia, Germany, the Czech Republic, Estonia, and Lithuania.

All our trainers are practitioners – with experience not only in conducting training, but also in sales and customer service. Solutions and training are developed in a team with the participation of all three trainers, trainings are mostly conducted simultaneously with the participation of two trainers. In addition, we not only use existing knowledge and experience, but also regularly supplement them by attending various types of trainings ourselves. So far, we have supplemented our experience both in Latvia, and also in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Estonia and Lithuania.
